The Sika Management Forum (SMF) is an annual, invitation-only meeting designed for our SMF team to develop, maintain, and expand our long-term growth and profitability through innovation and business efficiencies. The SMF is one way to effectively communicate our overall strategy, engage each other in meaningful topics of learning and best demonstrated practices for pertinent issues across our Target Markets and Functions.
The 2016 SMF will feature new organization updates, an Executive Panel/Town Hall session, and six current business topics for us to learn, analyze, and problem solve for improvement. The core suggestions for improvement are generated by SMF attendees, with the Executive Team on hand to listen and determine future strategy and improvements.
